Yet to fit the item although I don’t foresee any issues. The dedicated wiring instructions took some time to comprehend because of the way they are laid out was very confusing - thankfully I was in no rush to fit and was able to make sense of them eventually. Finally, the locking keys are very unusual - with no way of attaching them to a key ring and no easy solution for keeping them safe.

Top quality, easy to use, very strong and well built toe bar.
Universal wiring kit and bypass relay very simple to fit if you have a bit of vehicle electric knowledge and common sense.
Over all excellent product and would highly recommend

Great bar great service, was fairly easy to fit, electrics did not fancy taking off plastic trim, took to garage cost a few pound to get done. Bar looks great on and cannot see ever fitted when taken off.

T5 60 Plate. Easy to fit yourself and there are plenty of instruction on the usual forums. You do need a few extra clips and parts from VW but there listed on the PFjones website. Running the wiring in is a lot harder on the other hand.

What would be cost for mobile fitting Westfalia 321651 bar with VW 7 pin dedicated electrics (without trailer prep) to a 2010 T30 LWB (reg S70KRE) in postcode DH**** How easy is it to detach and attach as I am disabled with limited bending from waist thanks mobile: 077********

hello I hope you can help me. I had had a westfallia towbar and the universal 13 pin electrics installed on my 2010 vw t5.1 This was done by T5 Trancendance based in Preston. I have a problem with the electrics and was hoping you would be able to help me direct without going back to Preston. When I checked the lights when my caravan was coupled up, the driver side lights were not working but the reversing light was on, took back to preston and he swapped over the 2 wires (the reversing wire and the side lights) and all worked fine, however I did not notice but since then the drivers headlight is on all the time (even when no caravan attached). could you help me or could you send me the wiring diagram and I could take this to a local auto electrician. Thank you in advance Matt
